Descriptions, Exchanges, Refunds

Note: I do not take on commission work. I currently enjoy making pottery and taking on commissions puts too much pressure on me and then it's no longer enjoyable. 

  • No refunds or exchanges (see exception regarding damage during shipment)
  • Customer is responsible for reading descriptions and looking at images. Colors may appear different due to lighting and/or computer monitors.
  • Unless noted in description, all items are dishwasher and microwave safe, but hand washing is recommended.
  • If you have any questions about a product that aren't answered here or in the description, please reach out to me through the contact page.
  • All of my pottery is handmade by me (wheel thrown or hand built). Due to the unpredictable nature of clay and glaze, there may be imperfections. Anything that's notable will be in the description. 
  • Refunds may be given in the case of damage during shipment. In the event of damage during shipment, you must email the following to be eligible for a possible refund:
    • Order number
    • Photograph of the packaging
    • Photograph of the broken pottery
    • Photograph of the shipping label
  • I do not provide refunds or replacements for pottery that has been broken due to user error.

    Shipping & Handling

    • All orders will be processed within 10 business days of purchase date (this does not include shipping time.) 
    • Refunds are not issued due to an incorrect address given at time of order.
    • Refunds are not issued due to package theft after delivery.
    • International shipments may be subject to additional taxes and import tariffs, to be paid by customer.

    Please remember, I am one person doing all creating, glazing, firing, and shipping. I currently work full time, so all pottery related tasks are taken care of during evenings and weekends. If you contact me, allow time for me to get back to you.
